Courtney Wagner, PA-CSpecializes in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) with advanced training from the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM). Courtney focuses on restoring balance naturally and safely, helping with concerns such as fatigue, weight changes, mood shifts, and more. If you are specifically interested in hormone pellet therapy, we recommend Courtney, as she is our primary provider for this service.
Dr. Ellie Reidt, DCTrained in functional medicine with expertise in root-cause health optimization, advanced diagnostics, and personalized nutrition. Dr. Reidt also has specialized training in hormone therapy through the BHRT Academy and works with a wide range of health concerns and wellness goals to create sustainable, individualized plans.If you already know which provider you’d like to work with, let us know. About the New Patient Appointment Process
Your initial consultation is divided into two visits:
Visit 1: A deep dive into your health history, symptoms, and goals, plus fasting lab work.Please arrive fasting — no food for at least 8 hours; water is fine.For your convenience, we have a Quest Diagnostics phlebotomist on-site so labs can be drawn right here in our office.
Visit 2: A comprehensive review of your lab results, along with your personalized treatment plan.
Cost:Intake package: $495 total.$300 deposit required to book your first visit (secured by card on file).$195 due at your second visit.Ongoing visits billed at $300/hour (billed only for time used — e.g., 15 minutes = $75).
Labs:Costs vary depending on your needs. Whenever possible, we run labs through Quest or LabCorp so you can use insurance. If you prefer or need to pay cash, we offer discounted client billing through Quest. All labs are reviewed and approved with you before ordering.
