Kimberly Brune Shrum, NP-C, active member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. Since 2010, she has also been a proud member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

She earned her BSN from Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, MO, in 1988 and later obtained her Master’s in Nursing from Goldfarb School of Nursing at Barnes-Jewish College in St. Louis, MO, in 2009.

With a strong background in primary care and pain management, Nurse Shrum recognized the need for a more functional approach to patient care—one that focuses on long-term, sustainable wellness. Transitioning from conventional medicine, she pursued her passion for Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy, developing personalized treatment plans that integrate nutrition, exercise, and supplements to promote health and prevent disease.

Now part of the Health By Design MD team, Nurse Shrum is proud to apply her extensive knowledge and expertise to deliver exceptional care, helping patients achieve optimal well-being.
